• On-demand manufacturing services including 3D printing, CNC machining, and laser cutting
• 3D model marketplace for buying, selling, and downloading digital designs
• Designer hiring platform connecting clients with professional 3D designers
• Product package subscriptions for access to exclusive 3D models

When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms.

You are responsible for safeguarding the password and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree not to disclose your password to any third party and to notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.

Your Content: You retain all rights to any content you submit, post, or display on or through the service. By uploading content, you grant Craftygon a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display your content for the purpose of operating and promoting the service.

Model Licenses: When purchasing or downloading 3D models, you are bound by the specific license terms associated with that model. These may include restrictions on commercial use, modifications, and distribution.

Platform Content: All content on Craftygon, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Craftygon or its content suppliers and is protected by intellectual property laws.

Quotes: All pricing provided through our instant quote system is an estimate. Final pricing may vary based on file analysis and manufacturing requirements.

Quality: We strive to produce high-quality parts according to your specifications. However, variations in material properties and manufacturing processes may result in slight differences from expected results.

Lead Times: Estimated lead times are provided as a guide. Actual production and delivery times may vary due to factors beyond our control.

Pricing: All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice.

Payment: Payment is required before manufacturing begins or before digital content is delivered.

Refunds: Digital content purchases are generally non-refundable. For manufacturing services, refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Contact our support team if you have concerns about your order.

Craftygon acts as a platform connecting clients with designers. We do not guarantee the quality, timeliness, or legality of any services provided by designers.

All agreements between clients and designers are independent contracts. Craftygon is not a party to these agreements and is not liable for any disputes that may arise.

You agree not to:

• Upload content that infringes on the intellectual property rights of others
• Use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Attempt to bypass any security measures or access restricted areas of the platform
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users or designers
• Submit false or misleading information
• Use automated systems (bots) to access the service without permission

Craftygon shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service. Our total liability for any claims under these terms shall not exceed the amount paid by you to Craftygon in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by posting the new Terms of Service on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the service after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
